If Burnham really wanted deeper devolution he could start by looking closer to home and give England a devolved parliament rather than metro mayors.

The key word here is "in". Burnham has zero intention of passing more powers to Holyrood. He wants Scotland treated as an English region with metro mayors funded directly by Westminster, bypassing our Government. Labour "devolution" is actually centralisation.

I already pay for my streaming service so that woukd be an extra tax on top, just cancelled Netflix when they raised the price yet again, only use free you tube for music but I've got loads of physical CDs so NO I will not pay their fee, they can gtf.
