Graded exercise therapy. Fixed incremental increases in exercise supposedly to undo our deconditioning. It has caused disease progression in many people with ME because we're not reconditions, we have issues with producing energy and recovering from exertion on a cellular level.

The EU has just funded an 8,5 million Gupta “Amygdala retraining” trial, prelim results showed no improvement over placebo.
