All positive, but until the vote comes thru in November, I'm having a hard time thinking it will be this dramatic. (To be fair, I'm an observer in this, as a Canadian, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.)

A mostly invisible force shaping politics in the Trump era—esp since 2025—is his ability to summon threats of violence & death against his opponents to such a degree it's become a material factor in political actors' decision making. I think a good term for this is "stochastic brownshirtism."
