the average cis person is so clueless when it comes to human biology that they think trans women with boobs must have had BA because they do not know that my body just did that
Show Posttransphobes of course have no actual knowledge of human biology, and their concept of “biological sex” is completely made up.
Show Postsuppressing androgens also means that trans women are at a reduced risk for eg prostate cancer, and trans men are at a reduced risk for breast cancer on hormones and after mastec. however, both should still be looked at! eg mastec doesn’t remove all breast tissue (and cis men also get breast cancer)
Show Postit is of course transphobic bigotry but it should be pointed out that the lie “people need the right healthcare for their biological sex” kills trans people. trans women get breast cancer at far higher rates than cis men. trans men get prostate cancer. hrt changes your sex.
Show PostTERFs like to harp on DNA and Chromosomes or whatever, but the cold hard truth is. *everyone* has 'male' and 'female' DNA, and hormones are what turn those individual genes on and off throughout your life. HRT changes nearly every cell in your body
