There's a story to be written about what the proper punishment is for an elderly offender with health issues, but to frame this as an oopsie is journalistic malpractice. He wasn't "caught on video colliding with a group of cyclists." He turned his car into a weapon and rammed into human beings.

Brandy and I went out to lunch today with my aunt and uncle. She was a very good girl and received many pets and french fries and a bite of a chicken sandwich. After lunch, we went to a pet store where she got more pets and treats at the register.
