I loved that book too! I also read Eat & Run a while back—such an inspiring read. Just last week, I finished Training Essentials for Ultrarunning by Jason Koop, and earlier this summer, I devoured Rise of the Ultra Runners by Adharanand Finn. Both were absolutely fantastic!
