This morning was a 6.4kms run. Beat my previous time (54mins VS 1hr2mins). Also made 5 K in just 40 minutes. Good run. Happy. Even more happy that tomorrow is rest day … I’m exhausted.

If my social anxiety doesn't get the best of me, I'm going to go to a workout class at my friend's dojo this evening. It's called StrikeFit. It's essentially HIIT kickboxing. I haven't been since 2019, and I'm just worried about my appearance, and how I'll "perform" I guess, etc 🤷🏻♂️🫠😓
