is Waveshare S3-Geek, with as the name suggests, an ESP32S3. It also has a tiny screen (1.14''), which allows to display some stuff using the mousefood/ratatui crate. And there is a TF/microSD card slot, so it can all be stored on the card. I'm saving data in CSV files following the InfluxDB scheme
