I had two kids in the NICU which produced a $10k bill because two insurers both said "not me!" for 36 hours of it. I fixed it by applying the full scope of my skills as civil litigation attorney. It would've cost >$10k to hire me to do it; as a policy matter, I consider that wholly unacceptable.

For these shows absolutely yes. They never stopped. If not with cable with streaming sites because everyone wants to enjoy the conversations and react live. Otherwise there’s no one to talk to if everyone is watching it on their own time.
