My first one was on the back, of around 35 x 35 cm. For your motive I would suggest 20 x 20 cm.or 25 x 25 cm. Not too big but also not to small. On the pec it shouldn't be too small. You should ask the artist to show you the tattoo in various sizes for compare them which one fits best.
