The basics are there, but there are proposed improvements in the area, being able to import/export declaratively eg as a way to share styles between shadow roots. Microsoft is leading the way on this one, but I am trying to help get it to the finish line. (Couldn't get all this in a single bullet)

Checked today, and the built-in hidden-until-found of `<details>` also works well with anchor links inside.
