Excited to share our latest preprint by @mihyun-kim.bsky.social showing how DNA incision activities in nucleotide excision are regulated to ensure genomic stability. We show that interactions between TFIIH and XPG control the 5' incision by ERCC1-XPF. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
