I have bylines at various outlets with editors who would like to know less about me. However, they can tell you I show the fuck up and am worth every penny. So think about me if you are trying to hire people for your projects. We can catch some of these tropes, awkward lines, etc. on the page!

Show PostOne of the things the documentary points out (& has always broken my heart) is that the men, who were incarcerated in concentration camps under the Nazis weren't freed at the end of the war. They were forced to complete their sentences in prison under Paragraph 175, which wasn't repealed until 1994.
Show PostIf you want to see what a vibrant life LGBTQ+ people led prior to the Nazi takeover in Germany, you should watch Eldorado: Everything the Nazis Hate. It's a brilliant historical documentary and shows how quickly we can lose the rights we cherish. On an unrelated note: please vote.
Show PostI also have been bringing that same Black feminist lens to my work as a freelance journalist since 2017-ish (but more consistently in horror since 2020). Funny streaming guides, serious essays, nerdy interviews, painfully honest reviews, etc. all very much samples of what I bring to a table.
