100%. I like what I like. I let others like what they like. I remember years ago someone asked a famous chef if he was offended when a customer orders a steak well done. He said something like, "No. My job is to cook the food the way the customer wants it not to tell the customer what to like."

I hate those questions about what doneness of steak you prefer because while they seem lighthearted they reveal a lot of classism and racism and it pisses me off every time. There are cultural reasons some groups may eat their meat well done you insolent fuck.
