As far as people I know, everyone is either far away, not financially stable enough to let me stay with them, or is able to help but unwilling (thank you transphobic family members). I'm literally in a situation where cash from friends and strangers while I sort this out are my only option. Please.

I've lost my voice and feel desperately sick from whatever I was breathing in. It's made calling shelters and assistance programs very difficult because I can't even force my voice out. And neither the doctor nor ER believed me when I said something is wrong. I'm at the end of my rope.

Further explanation: NYC DHS sorted me into a shelter with air quality so poor that I couldn't breathe or sleep, and I went to the ER over it a few days ago. I've talked to everyone in power and chased so many leads to get transferred, but everyone either roadblocks me or strings me along.
