I worry alot I am just overly sensitive, there's that feeling of wishing I fit in better as a puzzle piece but I just don't belong, and that ultimately comes a good degree from not knowing what shape I am in the first place. Hopefully things will click, hopefully I can be happy with myself

You don't have to get along with work colleagues, difference is good and not everyone is driends, that's okay and healthy. We are here to do a job and hopefully we can tolerate eachother. But I shouldn't have to feel at risk of harm or disadvantage if people knew the true me.

Are they the outliers? Unless I've just had terrible luck, it doesn't feel like it. it's so isolating & exhausting, I want to find a place where I can work and feel like I can put my guard down. All these places have policies but they feel performative. When I reported before, nothing has happened.
