Show PostI started my career with P. putida in 1987 trying to purify the XylS regulator of the TOL system in a soluble/active form—to no avail. No one has succeeded thus far despite countless efforts all around the world. It would be awesome to finish my career with a soluble/active XylS & complete the cycle
