Just a very bad case of chilblains that bother me even through summer 😀. But that's better than having lupus. Hopefully my dermatologist can help me find ways to prevent wounds - how nice it would be to be able to walk normally and without any pain all year 🙏

It's such a trigger for me when people use cancer as a swear word. Many people in my family have died from it and I'm often (less than I used to fortunately) very scared that close family members will get it and die. Besides that I also just think it's very disrespectful. It might be just a word-
