dat is denk ik ook omdat je lichaam er nu aan gewend aan is. je kan als snackje ook bijvoorbeeld crackers eten met hummus en komkommer, of dingen in die richting! als je erop let dat je koolhydraten, vezels, vetten en eiwitten in balans zijn zit je uiteindelijk ook langer vol

the peace of mind has been incredible, genuinely. i sleep so well now. our bedroom is so peaceful. living with my boyfriend is great. i love having space away from the shit i've been dealing with for so long. i love discovering more about who i am.
