I think the square. Seems to best fit with the ground dropping off sharply to the right. Does the zoomed in photo show the feint grey fence/wall coming in from the South (from the right in the photo) and joining with the maintained fence?

Square. Ground slopes gradually away along the ridgeline. In the distance, there is a steep drop off into a valley on the left. To the right, there is another which mat he's the lower ground with stream on the map.
