Today is officially my last day at @xtramagazine.com. Over half a decade of unapologetically queer and trans journalism. Grateful for every opportunity, every challenge, and most importantly, every person I got to share it with 💖🌈 I leave a very different person than than I arrived 5.5 years ago!

There’s already research connecting the Shingrix vaccine to a significantly reduced risk of dementia. Now it looks like it might also significantly reduce risks of heart attacks and strokes. NHS it at 65 in the UK but you can pay privately & get it from age 50 www.theguardian.com/science/2026...
