Respecting other people’s autonomy doesn’t preclude trying to persuade them to choose the way you believe is correct, but it does preclude attempting to put structures in place that compel them to choose the way you want.

In other words, actual reproductive autonomy for anyone except cis men is literally unimaginable even to a portion of people who believe themselves to be pro-choice.

But the immediate jump to “this requires a policy solution” is a pretty telling indicator of how even people who claim to be ardently pro-choice suddenly quail at the prospect that a pregnant woman might make a reproductive choice they disagree with or view as immoral.
