something that's been on my mind: i had my yearly evaluation with my direct boss thursday. and he said a lot of really complimentary things about me and my work. which was so good to hear. but also, apparently triggered my impostor syndrome big time, as i'm trying to process.

yesterday he sent me another message, about how he's applying for a sabattical, implying that i'd be a good person to step up and manage some stuff on his behalf during that time. and that should be such a cool thing, and i'm glad he trusts me, but also, it just made things even worse 😞
