New version of our paper on gene tree topologies under duplication, loss, and coalescence. (Led by @smishra677.bsky.social) 1st version was wrong: we should have been conditioning all our expected branch lengths on seeing a duplication at all. Now fixed! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6...
