There is enormous value for young people to watch those news coverage archives in real time. It should be required in political science classes and history classes to have any chance of understanding the 21st century. Whatever the fuck this is, it ain't it.

covert action is definitionally not bounded by international law, and within US domestic law it's whatever the president says it is as long as they notify the required Congressional members
