인생 처음으로 입원해서 열흘 넘게 병원밥을 먹고 있자니 ‘아 그렇구나 이게 건강식이구나 이 정도로 싱겁게 먹어야 하는구나’하는 깨달음이 온다. 염분 가득했던 지난날이여 이제 나도 건강식을 알게 되었다 퇴원하면.. 신경 써야지.
