They don't get it either. Also, it's not about that. It's about aesthetics--the *aesthetics* of a fascist strongman amp them up. Tho this has also got me thinking of the hilarity of Mussolini only figuring out that Hitler had badly incompatible interests *after* sticking his dick in a world war.
