Something has gone very wrong with drivers in Ottawa. In the last two years I've had more occasions to drive in Montreal and Toronto. Drivers in Toronto are often very distracted, in Montreal they take more risks -- but driving in Ottawa seems to have taken on a distinctly predatory nastiness.
