I get an email about once a month "from" one of my friends trying to lure me into a conversation that I'm sure will end with that person trying to extort me. God knows if people are sending them "from" me, too.

And again, it's pretty easy for me to look at the 7th email I've gotten this year from "Stephen King" and be pretty sure he's not just yearning to connect with me to hear about my process. I don't think folks are grasping the scope of this nonsense & how stupid it all is.

Seems like it. Not a writer that was on the German curriculum, we read tedious old men only. Even in English it was something from Steinbeck. But now I probably should check her work out.
