THIS COMMON CSS FEATURE TANKS YOUR PERFORMANCE!!1!1! Ok, how was that for a flamebait headline? For real, though, let's talk about `@property` Do you lazy load content to improve performance? Did you know that, if your lazily-loaded CSS includes `@property`, you're causing a full dom restyle?

Interesting read. Say what you like about the agentic web (and I definitely have thoughts!), but I'm also not convinced that semantic HTML is all that's needed here. We have APIs to make it easier for computers to read data and no one's suggesting they scapre semantic <table>s instead.

> Co-browsing is the only model where the developer and the user maintain control over the experience, and the user can take over from the agent at any point. It’s the only model where the web remains the web. Well said!, Very in line with my recent dotAI talk too: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NDl...

had a read through, seems like a cool idea! it seems it'd behave like an iframe with slightly different isolation. would be interesting to see some use cases from the agentic POV too 👀 ill have a deeper read/think this week 🙏
