My fav casual game genre (incremental/clickers) have been just inundated with AI shit over the past month on Steam. Tons of games with no AI disclosure with vibe-slop interface (which means basically the whole game). What a waste. At least it's helping me kick the habit of them

I've always felt like LLMs are a dead end for AGI because they can't online train. It's just a dead model that can of course create increased scaffolded context, but its internal can't update, just be recreated by spending a bazillion dollars on a training run. Doesn't mean they can't be dangerous

While the game isn't for me, likely never going to be for me, I am just so happy to see Deadlock doing well and picking up more players. World feels more right with a new Valve game going.
