(The project has progressed to the phase of adding curb cuts, widening and replacing the sidewalk, and adding a pedestrian crossing signal and better crosswalk. It's been very necessary for a long time! Especially the curb cuts! But some neighbors are grumpy it's been well over a year of work.)
