I made a Spanish Tortilla for breakfast, and my hubby made hot chocolate to go with it!!! For my Spanish Tortilla I fried half of a thinly sliced yellow onion and thinly sliced potato in olive oil perfumed with a bay leaf and a spring of rosemary! Seasoned with paprika, minced garlic, and pepper!
