The show has *really* showcased Imp violence as a default factory setting even more so this season. I think it's intentionally signaling to the audience that Blitz doing something like this is *not* the same as Stella doing it, but to Stolas that wouldn't matter. It's awful for him.

Just because he's not "The One" for Stolas and he has some shitty behavior doesn't mean he's a bad guy. The entire cast is built of people learning how to deal with their shitty behavior and we're shown different coping mechanisms.

Which isn’t to say you’re not allowed to be pissed at Stolas for the end of ep 5. But like, don’t waste your fucking time dooming. Don’t miss that the focus of that last scene WAS Stolitz. Some of you don’t watch enough romcoms or read enough romance and it shows.

So, to be quite honest, I am not really Team Stolas. I am not really Team Blitz. They aren’t separate teams the whole POINT is that I root for them BOTH. So yes, I will be defending my canceled wife this week. Just as I would be defending my canceled husband another week. 💕
