So glad @joho.bsky.social responded to this article. It's easy to call for scientists to be fair, balanced & ready to engage w/ respect when people are 'just asking questions'. The problem is it's followed by threats, attacks & chaos if they don't agree! sciencebasedmedicine.org/wanqtgambit/
