@foxglovelegal.bsky.social investigated claims about what the NHS actually gained from Palantir's £330m contract. Foxglove revealed that, at the showcase hospitals Palantir wants to shout about, waiting lists and discharge delays have actually got worse.

In all honestly, I think the tenacious work of orgs like @foxglovelegal.bsky.social, @goodlawproject.org and investigative journalists (too many to name here, but you know who you are) in unravelling this huge scandal has been massively undervalued and overlooked...

There is a growing series of informed comments saying that Palantir is 1. very sinister (obvs) but also 2. absolutely rubbish at delivering what they promise. And surely by now any government thinking of hiring them would understand at least 2 even if they don’t quite feel ready to acknowledge 1.
