Your freedom from prison should never depend on surrendering your freedom of religion. Kudos to American Atheists and Colorado advocates for securing this important victory. Recovery should be about getting help, not being coerced into religious participation.

I see CBS News' Jan Crawford has deleted her inappropriate post. To be clear, IF a reporter from NBC or ABC posted something similar but flipped the script in support of AES, Bari Weiss via her *free press* would already be on the 10th story condemning such partisan behavior by a journalist.

He’s so right. Democrats have to start owning AND ADVERTISING our REAL identities. NOT the stereotypes that Rush Limbaugh first tarred us with, followed by Fox News ad nauseum. NEVER let anyone else define you. Don’t defend…get ahead of them. The South CAN wake up!!

“I should only pay taxes for things I use” is a fun precept to adopt after you’ve stopped using services that were funded by the full tax base — you would have needed to pay much much more when your kids were in school if seniors hadn’t been pitching in with property taxes back then!
