I've seen some solid use cases for LLMs in coding, I think there are legs in accessibility/assistive technology. I just think people need to be very careful in how they use the tech - there's compelling research coming out around losing critical thinking skills through just limited but daily use.

It's the sort of thing that needs work, time, nurturing. Shortcutting it will never lead to developing creative practice. There are books as Iain says. They'd encourage you to work on it. But things like Eno's oblique strategy cards (tarot decks even) can spark creative without spoonfeeding.
