In fairness, the North Korean electoral system does deliver very proportional outcomes. At the election earlier this year the alliance led by the Workers’ Party of Korea won 99.93% of the votes and 100% of the seats. PR systems struggle to translate votes into seats with such near-perfect accuracy.
