I really enjoyed it, even with all the real world stuff and Christianity elements. Classic trope of older fantasy: having someone from reality dunked into a fantasy land. When I think of that trope, I think of Den from the Heavy Metal movie. Then I make sure I'm not walking around with my dork out.
