It really depends. the last 3 machines I repaired, all had the same fault. the DFAC itself was bad. One of those though had an open via on the analog feedback path. Strong tell on a bad DFAC is you'll have analog on pin 8, but nothing out of the switched capacitor output.

Does it need IC replacement or just resolder? I reflowed just their legs with flux in mine and only fully reworked nearby SOIC-8 badly hit by electrolytic.

Only the cab car and the accessible car doors open at Stratford on this 6 car train. So I had to drag my bike through the accessible coach to the next one where there was space. Already three bikes where only two are permitted.
