I'm honestly amazed at how Blizzard is just adamantly refusing to enforce their TOS consistently. Normal person? Banned with no chance to appeal because you got caight up in someone else's crap. High profile streamer? Slap on the wrist. Asmongold? A crown and scepter and free reign to terrorize.
