I saw an entire A&P class screech to a halt bc one kid absolutely denied that women & men have the same number of ribs. Because Adam & Eve. Had to have an entire side lesson about skeletons & make them count the ribs on the skeleton as well as palpate fellow students. Lost a whole day 🫠

I’ve met this type of kid - when they come up against reality in school they’re already prepped to contradict & try to argue the point; failing that, they/their family will seek to be given an exemption from the class (ironically on the basis of religious freedom of belief 🙃)

the fact is, the overwhelming majority of traitors to the united states say they are christian. i don’t believe at all that he didn’t understand. forcing their religion on the rest of us is job #1 for many but (rightfully) nobody assumes a christian person is a traitor because they’re christian.

Nah, Christian Nationalists believe the "word of God" trumps the Constitution and the US should be governed by "christian" law, regardless of what the Constitution says. He understood, he's just anti-American.
