The lack of mention of long covid in NHS Covid vaccination programme beggars belief, and in my opinion leaves those of us with long covid feeling invisible and abandoned. We don’t even qualify for free vaccination. Thank you to long Covid SOS for advocating for us.

The central issue is the culture of decision-based evidence making in medical policy and guidance circles. Senior docs seem to feel entitled to run with their opinion, cherry pick or manufacture "evidence" for it, and call it science. Since they mark their own homework there's zero accountability.

This from a recent Guardian article is not good coverage of #LongCovid. There are half a million scientific papers on Covid/Long Covid, starting from 2020. We already have a good understanding of LC biomedical underpinnings. Helping people with LC would be being crystal clear about the science
