Ugh. I feel like the front offices often need better training. When I had my miscarriage, the office always provided parking validation for pregnant women. When I came for my recheck, they informed me I wasn’t pregnant anymore and had to pay for parking.

today my OBGYN’s office called me and asked if i had “transferred care” to another doctor and i said “no, why?” and the office person said “oh, i just see that you canceled all of your upcoming appointments” and after a pause i replied “…because i had a miscarriage.” 🫠
