They have no right to use facilities for the opposite sex. They need to fight for their right to use the appropriate facilities for their own sex without feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. That is an issue to raise with their own sex, not unilaterally impose on the opposite sex, denying them dignity.

She has always been entirely consistent. I will paraphrase for her: "Dress however you please. Call yourself whatever you like. Sleep with any consenting adult who’ll have you. Live your best life in peace and security. But don't force other people to share your beliefs.
