Was great to discuss the promise and pitfalls of Carney's middle powers approach and his Davos speech on CBC The Current alongside @rolandparis.bsky.social & Louise Blais. Carney's approach has a lot going for it but it's unnecessary to drape its pretty ruthless hedging & balancing with Havel.
