IMO, I think that's looking at it the wrong way. The goal shouldn't be to raise or lower fertility, rather the goal should be to give people more freedom to make the decisions that best suit their needs.

The best argument for the somewhat scattered federalist campaign is that different people are speaking to different audiences and that might add up to an overwhelming majority. And I imagine there might be an audience that only someone like Poilievre can reach.
