Narthex friends: Is there a good recent (post-covid, preferably) study on the clerical job market in TEC? As a layperson in a parish doing a rector search who has a lot of clergy friends, I'm puzzled by what I hear about clergy shortage on the one hand vs. (desirable?) job shortage on the other. ⚓
