Kicking off a new week of @swradiogram.bsky.social decodes with results from the WINB 9265 2330z broadcast. Very fuzzy! Not sure if I'll be available to decode anything tomorrow or Saturday as we await landfall of Isaias, but I'll certainly try.

I only received the MFSK32 image from @swradiogram.bsky.social 469 as well. The text was about 75% in both modes due to some staticy (is that a word?) local QRM.
